WASHINGTON (WUSA9) — The U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts released a criminal complaint against 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on Monday.
The document states that one of the two Tsarnaev brothers admitted to the Boston Marathon bombings when they carjacked a man at gunpoint near midnight on Thursday April 18 in Cambridge, Mass.

According to the complaint, the suspect then removed a magazine from his gun and showed the victim that there was a bullet in it.
“I am serious,” he said as he re-inserted the magazine into the gun, the complaint states.
When the second man was picked up, the two suspects took $45 dollars from the victim and his ATM card with PIN.
The victim was eventually able to escape when the two suspects went into a gas station/convenience store.
on Monday, 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was charged with one count of using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction and one count of malicious destruction of property using an explosive device resulting in death.
The 19-year-old is still in serious condition, with “apparent gunshot wounds to the head, neck, legs and hand,” the complaint stated.
